Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with store.mainiauto.com , part of the MAA Maini Group. We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if the following conditions are met:
- The return request is initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging without damage or tampering.
- The item is not part of a non-returnable or special-order category (see “Exceptions” below).
Return approvals are subject to internal inspection and discretion. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Log in to your account on store.mainiauto.com and submit a return request.
- Take clear photos and/or a video of the product and packaging at the time of delivery and during unpacking. This is strongly recommended and may be required in case of a damage or defect claim.
- Check the package at the time of delivery for any physical damage or signs of tampering.
Please note:
- Returns must be shipped back to us only after receiving confirmation and instructions from our team.
- Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection. Approval will be based on:
- Physical condition of the returned product
- Timeframe of return request
- Supporting photos or videos (where required)
You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return and refund.
If a return is rejected, you may choose to have the item shipped back at your cost within 30 days. If not claimed within this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the product.
Shipping & Deductions
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped by us.
- Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- These amounts may be deducted from the total refund as applicable.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer).
- Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of return approval and inspection completion.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical items once installed or unsealed
- Special order or custom parts
- Products marked as “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase
- Items not returned in original packaging or received in damaged condition due to poor repacking
