Please, read this first before initiating a return of the product.

Timeline for Returns:-

• You are eligible to return the product only if the request is made within 72 hours from receipt of the material.
• We have the right to reject your request or refund at our discretion.
• Our acceptance will be subject to fulfillment of the below conditions.

Returns will be accepted if the following criteria should be Followed:-

• Verify that the returned item must be unused and it is in its original packaging.
• The package is returned in original condition - not damaged, torn, or any other Cracks.
• request should be initiated only within 7 days after products are delivered.

Return Procedure:-

You can initiate the return or replacement from your sparepartbazarr.com.

The customer shall check the consignment for any Physical damage and, if any found

We recommend taking photos of the packages received and shooting a video of unpacking the product.

In the case of an item's fault claim, the decision will be taken after an inspection done by the sparepartbazaar.com

Depending on the route and logistics services provider delivery time may vary. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and finance (gateway) costs are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.

If the return claim is rejected, we will send it back on the customer's request or scrap it after 30 days of keeping in stock. The customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY:-

• When the returned product is received and then inspected by our company and if the item should follow the return criteria then we will send you an email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days.

• refunds will be done only to the bank account (debit/credit card).
